Homeowners
We can help with creating, editing or removing a job, accessing your jobs, completion requests, reviews, photos and concerns about a tradesperson. You can also read how EasyTrades works or manage your requests in Your jobs.
Tradespeople and businesses
Contact us about joining EasyTrades, claiming or correcting a public listing, account access, job notifications, lead purchases, payments or reviews. Please include your business name and the email used for your account.
EasyTrades MCP and developer support
For help with the EasyTrades OpenAI app, MCP connection or API, include the client you are using, the tool or endpoint, the approximate time of the request and any non-sensitive error message. See the MCP overview and developer documentation first.
What to include
- your name and account email, where relevant;
- the job, lead or trade-profile reference or public URL;
- a short description of what happened and when; and
- a screenshot if useful, with unrelated personal information hidden.
Never send us your password, passwordless sign-in link, full card number, card security code or API secret. EasyTrades will not ask for these by email.
Privacy, safety and abuse
Use the same address to exercise a data-protection right, report misleading content, request removal of a listing or report suspected misuse or a security concern. Please put “Privacy”, “Safety” or “Security” in the subject line as appropriate. Read our Privacy notice and Terms and conditions.
EasyTrades is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk to life or property, a suspected gas leak, fire, electrical danger, crime or medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified authority.
